Terms and Conditions
I. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All tickets for Austin Rainbow Theatre (ART) events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should an event be canceled or postponed, ART may elect to issue refunds, exchanges, credits, or tickets for a later date at the company’s sole discretion.
II. EVENT DETAILS
Times, dates, locations, artists, and performers are subject to change. ART will contact customers with any changes as necessary. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time listed on the ticket.
III. ATTENDANCE
A ticket, or equivalent, is required to attend any paid ART event. No exceptions will be made.
IV. LATECOMERS
Latecomers may not be seated immediately upon arrival if a performance has begun. They will be seated at an interval during the show that ART deems appropriate.
V. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
ART reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any point during a ticketed event without a refund.
VI. RISK
Ticket-holders assume all risks when attending ART events.
